It is a lot easier than you think if you can improve peer productivity and compliance by letting people know they are important human beings. Make sure employees are well paid.
Make sure a Supervisors are trained to be respectful and supportive. Have respect for employees and treat experienced staff as such. New to meridian does not mean new to the field. Staff turnover is not due to the staff or candidates applying.
I would make sure to actively look at resumes and applications that come in so that we aren't continuously suffering through being short staffed.
Have better training and management. There needs to be a guidline in place!
