A typical day in our facility is not always your average, typical day. In this healthcare facility, changes are daily occurrences. Patients can become acutely ill or have incidences/ happenstances occur. I faced many interesting challenges at times, but felt I made a difference in my patient's/ patients' life/ lives. ProsThe camaraderie with my fellow nurses and aides on the unit, company benefits and free lunches are a bonus.
ConsBreaks and lunches are very few if you want to leave on time.
