I used to love getting up every morning and logging on to my computer at home. Unfortunately the management has changed more times than I can count. I sit at my desk and cry sometimes now because the leadership is horrible. The current manager lies and turns employees against each other. He is a coward who refuses to follow up on anything because he doesn't like confrontation. It is a very dysfunctional an organized place to work. I continue to work because I have a family to take care of until I can find something else

If you look at some of the employees they look tired, constantly. I guess they worry about dotting i's and crossing t's and which employee they can sacrifice in the upcoming week.

This place will quickly change your mind about employment here, they gas you up with the facade of being "family",but it is not like that at all.

Wow you would think by the demands they place on would be hires that it is the vest thing since sliced bread. Meridian leaves a big clue in their job description "we are a family owned company" Aren't most businesses family owned" This statement tells you a lot about the Company....run in the other direction

Please avoid working at MeridianRx especially if you are a medical professional (e.g. nurse or pharmacist). The place has unethical business practices and a high turnover rate. Most importantly, the company is an at-will employer that forces you to sign a non-compete agreement - that means they can fire you for little to no reason and you won't be able to work at a different managed care organization. Please, for you sanity and well-being, avoid MeridianRx at all costs!!

Exhausted before I get to work. Already thinking about leaving the job while I am still in the bed. I look more forward to the free drinking than helping the ppl I was hired to help because the job and environment are MISERABLE!!

Work was not pleasant to say the least. I was living to sleep and got sick often since people come to work sick all the time because there are no sick days. IF you take a day off it is taken out of your vacation days. First thing in the morning, I looked forward to leaving.
