What is the vacation policy like at MERIDIAN HEALTH SERVICES? How many vacation days do you get per year?
PTO is generous but must be used for vaca, sick days, bereavement, medical emergencies, or to help recover productivity
Not positively. Their main focus seems to be bringing in that money, not the clients or their needs. Their reputation isn’t great with client care. They’ll also let any good worker go at the drop of a hat if they’re not making them as much money as possible. I don’t see them growing at all at this rate.
Everything. Poor management, low morale, corporate does not care about employees at all. Had a miscarriage while employed and had to work the day after my procedure because no PTO, couldn't take unpaid time off.
Morale was always low. Supervisors were angry when not everyone on the team didn’t make 100% productivity weekly. It wasn’t about actually helping the clients. They only cared about productivity, especially the upper management.
