Not positively. Their main focus seems to be bringing in that money, not the clients or their needs. Their reputation isn’t great with client care. They’ll also let any good worker go at the drop of a hat if they’re not making them as much money as possible. I don’t see them growing at all at this rate.

I feel that Meridian Health Services is beneficial in the lives of individuals that need support in many areas of their lives and will be around for a long time.

Meridian is absorbing the business and growing like a tumor. All they care about is billing insurance companies, very little attention to putting quality of care for clients first. No wonder people are leaving faster than they can hire. They are giving bonuses to employees if they can find someone to join, rather than improving the work situation.
