No, management dictates and micromanages the therapists. Very "clique-y".

This would be a good place to work if there were new management. Unfortunately management makes the office a hostile environment and gives write ups for productivity even if you're at 99% productivity. They do not provide thorough training and they do not support their employees, it is all about the numbers. With new management, this would be a good place to work.

Yes, Meridian Health Services has been a positive entry level experience. There have been frustrating moments though with guidance from supervisors, it has been a positive learning experience.
