When I got hired I visited the community, completed an application, they set up an interview with me to come back a day later, and after the interview they talked about orientation and worked it around my schedule...I felt they were very considerate of my time.

Doesnt take long at all. They dont care who they hire, they just despritly need staff. No proper training upon hire.

Half the time your application is lost and they forget about you. Will hire anyone on the spot then take weeks to get you started. If you have anything on your background they will let you work until it comes back to them then fire you on the spot.
6 weeks bunch of lies

All you need is an app, they will hire you before your back round even comes back. Training, what training?

Must pass criminal and background and drug testing.
It's a very long process. Management drags their feet on everything. It took me one month to get started.
