Worst company I have ever worked for. No support or training. Then you get in trouble for asking questions to actually learn your job. Plus most unfriendly atmosphere. This company will fire you for unreasonable reasons. Stay away from this corporate nightmare!

Low, low noncompetitive, pay. Poor benefits. Stay away. Zero growth opportunity. Most rank and file employees are great. Many, many, many employees have had no pay increase in over a decade.

Flight attendants last a few months, others with any sense stay only until they can find a better paying job. Those who stay accept the mediocre compensation.

They tout benefits as a great part of employee compensation, but it's standby and very, very, very stressful if you're trying to get a flight for a family. If you're single or have a significant other, the your chances of getting a flight are significantly improved, but in the first year, you only get 1 vacation week...oh, I forgot, it's not vacation it's PTO (paid time off) which includes sick days. So, if you get sick and are out for five days, you'll have no vacation...although they will sell employees a week's worth of vacation.

So, think about this before you commit to being employed by Mesa Air. Again, most are great. The pay will and no annual raises will compel you to leave soon after you start.
