Seams to me the dispatcher, should be more trained, on his or her duitys. Instead of forcing the driver to take that load. Should never be done. The dispatcher should be checking the drivers available to run. Or get a nother dispatcher, who knows what they are doing.

Night and weekend dispatch is a black hole weekday dispatch ignores the drivers ignore driver hours force you to take loads you don't have hours for then chew the drivers out for not making delivery on time when driver runs to the last minute every day
