Managers need to listen to there team or advisors, one hand washes the other, Fair is Fair, maybe have a 15 min jump start meet every other day to answer any questions, or new communications, or just "THANK" your employees for there commitment, dedication, @hard work...When you appreciate something or someone hold on to it, and watch and see how much progress gets done..and thanks for being an Awesome Team Player...
