Coworkers are great, hard working people. Above Director level is another story with rampant political infighting and no cohesion
across silos. Questioning business decisions, questioning anything is seen as being negative. Blindsides and people let go without warning.

Constant changes, some of the supervisors use their team members as stepping stones. Metlife is all about the money, period.

Perpetual changing middle management. Employees compete and post resumes for positions in the company alongside outside candidates. Little direct training offered toward advancement.
