Lots of work available but still in transition
Quality Assurance Consultant (Former Employee) –  Wilmington, DENovember 9, 2013
Lots of hours. Interesting work. Company was still in transition so lots of decisions were last minute and not communicated very well. But the work itself was challenging and interesting.
Pros
Working with people from all over the globe.
Cons
Lots of hours but thats also a plus when paid hourly on a contract basis.

Definitely depends on your department but my department is great with a great manager which definitely helps having an understanding and flexible leader especially since the department is small enough .
