Office Support in Ashburn, VA

Great work life balance. Full time employees have more benefits than contractors. Pay is good. Snacks and game rooms on site. They love people who take initiative and solve problems. Must have good people skills.

Smart people, trying to solve interesting problem. Unfortunately, politics, empire building, and leadership chaos makes the process of engineering solutions a miserable experience.

Generally found my coworkers to be interesting, engaged, and driven. Experience varies highly depending on team. I'd recommend asking around before joining a team.

Collaborative culture. Smart people. Impact driven. Great tools and benefits. Company values employees. Empire building and less accountability to users/customers/results.

Interview Questions

The questions asked were for the director position while I had applied for an individual contributor manager position. They wanted to know what KPIs the department should measure and how to measure them, which was not part of the requirements for the manager position. All questions were along those lines stating that I had extensive consulting experience. I felt that the questions were trying to use me for free consulting services under the disguise of an interview. I had read that they do this there in other reviews but tried to enter the interview with a positive attitude. They were right.

Leadership focused and a few technical questions thrown in to see if I was actually technical
