The hiring process took a little longer than expected. I think after my interview I got a call 1 week later saying that they chose me for the job. But shortly after they chose me I start orientation right away (2 days long) and started my job shortly after.

I interviewed then HR contacted me a week later and put a formal offer verbally via the phone, then sent email with expiration of time to think about offer. From there HR negotiated salary and reasons of salary offered. Next came various pre- employment testing , reference checks...etc... within email offer several emails followed for info on start date, training, and testing leftovers they had missed.
