It's a great company to work for

I changed my career from working in Warehouse to medical. I am so impressed at how well oiled machine Methodist is they really try to stay on top of things and have structure balance and fairness management is wonderful I don't have anything bad to say my coworkers again wonderful girls the doctors are usually friendly and everyone there is helpful I really don't have anything bad to say I want to retire from this company. When I came to the company I always have a really good work ethic on the type of person who never complains I do my job I'm always willing to help others and to learn whenever I can I'm a team player and that attitude has gotten me two raises over a dollar each in less than 2 years. I think that's really good considering I've only been doing medical work for 2 years

Pros

For me everything is a pro

Cons

I really don't have any cons

I triaged patients and got them ready to see the Physician

Loved my job at Methodist Urgent care. Great place to work. I had different jobs like Radiology, I ran the Lab and triaged patients. I had an abruption of my Achilles tendon and couldn't walk and do my job anymore. So I had to quit.

Retired from Methodist. Was the best place I ever worked

Wonderful family environment. Always positive. Worked with completing tests and labs for insurance to make sure out patients had success in bariatic surgeries. Hardest part of my job was telling a patient that they could not have surgery thru their insurance. Most enjoyable was my team and seeing patients succeed.

Super busy ER But amazing staff

While our ER was one of the busiest in the county, both nursing and administrative employees worked together to provide people with the best services possible

Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s great to hear that you have experience a positive culture with your colleagues and management.

Great place to work

There is great teamwork and a sense of unity. Everyone helps each other out and it is a great environment as far as inclusiveness. The pay is far and the workload is reasonable. I am prn so I do get canceled more often than I'd like, but that's the only negative. Overall very positive experience!

Pros

Great pay, benefits, and teamwork

Cons

Get canceled due to low census more than I'd like

HR I remember wearing many hats

HR mostly felt like constantly spread really thin doing many different jobs. However; worked with so many beautiful, big hearted people in my dept. I remember each and every single one of them! This was definitely the best part of work.

Pros

My director always made us feel appreciated!

Cons

Payroll Dept underpaid as Assistants doing Specialist jobs
