    The best advice to someone interviewing with Metlang is to be yourself, honest. If you have any questions or concerns about the linguist position, our HR staff is hear to answer them. It's important to research the field of linguistics when making a career change.

  • I do not recall a company interview per se, but rather an interview in conjunction with obtaining a security clearance. The best way to go into any interview is with honesty and simplicity. Be yourself.

  • People unhappy with themselves are always a problem anywhere in the world. They like to reate clicks, as misery loves company, so lookout for those. Just go in, do what you have to do and get your paycheck every Friday. Simple as that.

    I've been with the company for over 15 years. As for me it's the best company in the market, just keep in mind the nature of the job, it's a contracting company, so the workflow is by contract, therefore, we are called on a need basis. So plan accordingly. The pay is good and management is reliable at all time.
