They have an awful payroll system. I’ve worked as an SC for another county and almost all SC jobs are annually paid positions. First of all, as a QMHP or SC you end up doing a lot of work off of the clock. It’s my opinion that Metrocare uses their payroll system to track and micromanage employees but I could be wrong. I really don’t know how this companies implements any type of structure.
What advice would you give the CEO of Metro Care Services,Inc about how to improve it?
I would advice the CEO to strongly consider remodeling certain metrocare buildings some are very old and need work done

5 sick leaves a year. It starts over every year of your hire date. Which is when the yearly reviews are completed.
