Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGreat place online, but worst place to be and work at when the amount of people working doesn’t accommodate the amount of work that needs to be done. Rude Guests on the daily, poor management and hiring.

If you like to work out in the sun for uncompetitive wages, go for it
Operations (Current Employee) - Wimauma, FL - August 16, 2023
Hard work out in the sun & extremely uncompetitive wages. Communication from management/corporate is lacking. Mediocrity is acceptable when convenient to management. Improper accommodations for outdoor work stations (some staff get fans, some do not even during high heat index weather/excessive heat warnings) Some staff stations get seating and some do not. Combination of departments with no notice and no pay raise. The hardest part of my job is knowing how hard I have worked while there and how unappreciated I’ve felt. The most enjoyable part of my job is working with some of my fellow coworkers and interacting/providing great customer service to the guests.
Pros
Free admission for staff and their family/friends

Bad management. Low pay for the work required.
Lifeguard (Former Employee) - San Antonio, FL - August 4, 2023
Management is awful, they are unresponsive and do not care about how you are doing during the day. Hardest part of the job is being required to do the grounds peoples job like picking up trash on the floor all morning. Best part of the job is going home.
Pros
Easy to get your shift covered.
Cons
Short/No Breaks, Hours change often, unresponsive management

Horrible Company
Food and Beverage Supervisor (Former Employee) - Wesley Chapel, FL - April 12, 2023
Corporate will do anything to cover the companies behind when management messes up. No one appreciates hard work . Pay is ridiculous and they run the first lagoon like a giant Red Lobster. The enviorement and the customers made the job fun.
Pros
Free Entrance
Cons
no breaks, no help

Unprofessionalism at it’s finest
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Tampa, FL - September 14, 2022
Management will cancel orientation due to being hungover & if you don’t allow them to be immature & unprofessional they will force a regular customer service rep to play manager & tell you what to do! I won’t say any names but that one lady makes the company look very bad not worth it unless you like gossip & snake activity

Poor management.
Call Center Agent (Former Employee) - Tampa, FL - April 28, 2022
You’re left to your own devices - no support. No idea how to assist the caller or get them off the phone honestly - basically escalation calls always.
Pros
Two paid 15 minute breaks.
Cons
Have to go on unpaid personal to use the restroom.
