Take more interest in staff complaints. HR allows some nasty behavior to exist . . . and seems to encourage the promotion of bad seeds.

Takes about 2 months. The interview requirements change depending on the area. Most candidates have to go through several rounds of interviews. The psych exam that they require is the most ridiculous test ever!

You cannot find better benefits. VA might claim that they do better, but that is not proved. Everyone else in the area cannot come close to matching Metro's benefits.

Metro has separate sick, holiday, and personal/vacation time, not just PTO all lumped together. The time-off policy is very generous. Also, PRN employees accrue sick time in their bank that they can utilize if they become full-time employees. This is a very nice benefit.

Hours are great besides working short staffed and having to work over, but they don't want you to have overtime. What kind of sense does that make.
