It was about a two week process to get hired. It started with a phone interview (I was in Texas, they are in South Carolina). After a few days, we began planning to fly me out there to do a face-to-face interview. Prior to flying out there, I had to complete two evaluations, totaling 120 questions. At the in-person interview, I was interviewed by eight people (the director of project management, the Revit manager, the drafting manager, and five project coordinators). A few days later they emailed me an offer letter and I accepted.
