In Galveston on 25th St, the owner would say he would pay us commission if we reached our goal, however he would set unrealistic goals that no one could ever reach unless you worked 40 plus hours, ( which he barely wanted to give 34 hours a week), therefore making the job hourly pay with no commission. As it is an Authorized dealer, he never wanted to sell the plans/deals/phones to customers because "he would lose money". So there we were lying to customers.
They require a lot of driving all over the place with very low pay, mixed with the fact I'm full time and I only get 29 hours. One week was 19 hour.
No benefits, bad management, no room for growth no pay raise. Ask for too much for too little.
