PASSENGER SERVICE ASSISTANT, CUSTOMER SERVICE (Former Employee) – Minneapolis, MN – January 4, 2019
An exciting and fast-paced work environment with long work hours. At times not receiving an official break. You the opportunity to help hundreds of people differently each day and work is easily learned. Management is strict and not sensitive to personal concerns or well being.
medical and dental benefits, paid holidays
unexpected mandatory overtime, no breaks at times, poor management
Heavy Equipment Operator (Current Employee) – Minneapolis, MN – April 24, 2018
Working here is a great experience. The supervisors are great, I enjoy working the other temps. They appreciate their employees. I work on-call, seasonally. Only when it snows, but they treat you with the same fairness and respect as the regular employees. They give you ample notice when they call you in. The hardest part of the job is the long hours. Its a challenge sometimes.
Great supervisors, free meals, sleep time and great pay
Heavy Equipment Operator (Current Employee) – Minneapolis, MN – April 22, 2018
I work seasonally, on-call. When we are called in, we are given plenty of notice. They provide all meals and sleeping arrangements as needed to complete all work. The work environment is fast paced when we are plowing, but in a relaxed atmosphere when we are on break. We go through rigorous training and safety is #1 priority. It is a great place to work.
Other Work Experience (Current Employee) – Minneapolis, MN – October 1, 2017
MAC is a great organization if you can get into the right department. A few departments are more stressful than others and that is directly tied to the management in that department. They try to do too much with a small staff.
