The work can be at a steady pace but often hours are not consistent need for overtime seems unwarranted in some cases, when there are personal members who are assigned extra-extra job posting since there are no available jobs for work. I have worked 16 hours days or taken on additional assignment or trips when extra-extra board train operators where readily available at current or other locations. It would be better to give them job positions or have them rotate on the day they are assigned to extra-extra board jobs for better system coverage.
