It actually depends on the job. If you have to take a test your score has a lot to do with when you will be called for an interview. Also they're people who have waited longer than 6 years to get a call. It always depends on the position who applied for and your position in line.

Be prepared for an extensive process. Do not lie on your resume, they will find out. Expect months from the interview for a follow up. Good thing is that if you pass the initial screening screening, things snow ball from there.

It does not take 6 years! I applied online for a position on February 8, and received notification for test on June 17. Took test on July 7 and passed. Completed background investigation and now waiting for interview.
It's lengthy but it's not 6 years.
