Clean out alot of the hangers on that dont perform their jobs. I saw alot of covering up and hiding of worthless employees because they had tenure. They place them in "safe jobs" so the screwups are kept to a minimum & easily dealt with. I witnessed some great employees being unjustly terminated because they had an honest work ethic & played by the rules. You appear before a panel which is just an exercise in futility to give the appearance of being objective.

I would re-locate the Administrative Offices back to the Reagan National Airport campus; to ensure the business personnel are closer to the airline hangars and other airport offices.
