Terrible company. Does not follow Food and Health Safety Standards, lost many contracts in several states because of poor management, low pay, sexual harassment, among other things.

great customer service learning
Team leader (Current Employee) –  Falls Church, VAAugust 27, 2018
working in a hospital is a very risky area because you never know why people are coming in. You have to keep your customer service stills at a high level and think a lot about the situations put in front of you. Also, you have so many age ranks to think about as well with how to handle any issues or concerns the visitors have.

Not many benefits here
Valet Attendant (Former Employee) –  Reston, VAAugust 7, 2018
This job can be temporary but you can't work for the rest of your life.
1. Health Insurance is expensive and reductable is very high.
2. If you scratch someone car, you have to pay it. The company won't pay for it.
3. No sick day or holidays at all. You work you get pay. U don't work, you don't get pay.
4. If you work at an Emergency, it's not busy. If you work at the main entrance, it's very busy. It's up to you if you want a busy place or not.

The problem here is they don't pay good. Therefore, employees work only for couple months and they leave. Many elderly work at my place.

Tips are around 15-20 bucks a day.

not okay to work
Valet Parking Attendant (Former Employee) –  reston, vaJune 30, 2018
This place is only god if you are in school and looking for a part time job. They pay only 9-11/hour. You dónt get pay if you sick. Also, u dónt get vacation if you work under one year. Many employees work for them only 6-12 months then they left. Only elderly people stay with them more than 2 years bc they cánt find any job beside this.

If you want a temporary job while looking for a good one then go for ịt After u find a good one, u can quit this job. This job is not a career. Won't have a good future

The best time to work for this is pick night shift bc u dónt do anything. If u work during day time, íts very stressful bc many cars coming in/out.

As soon as you clock in you were assisting visitors and patients with their vehicles and parking it for them. We would have to run back and forth due to the large amount of vehicles pulling into our valet lot.
Pros
Tips were great.
Cons
Not enough time for breaks due to low staff.
