Getting to work on time a must. Checking days passenger loads. Checking for any special needs from passengers/crew/employees. Making sure all meals are updates and special meal requests are available. Check aircraft cleaning. Must be spotless as this is a must. Making sure passengers are treated well at checking and boarding. Coordinate all meals and special requests with crews. Ensure all luggage is boarded and flight leaves on time.

Came to Airport, briefing before operations, work on administrative, run operations, post briefing for feed back, conference with corporate office, check goal and let know the team how goals are up to date daily, coaching cessions with all staff weekly, etc, etc, Culture was working with honesty, responsible, loyalty to company, compromised being a good leader, having nice atmosphere for all employees being equal for all our staff, making the balance between work and private life, following the mission and vision of the company. Hardest part was facing problems that were on city and airport side. I enjoy that every day was different and give us opportunity to be better and learn from every different situation.

The company had a clear view of its mission of being on time and keeping the passengers happy. It was possible to plan the day, week etc to keep stress to a minimum. Good benefits, camaraderie, team work. Always prepared for the worst and hoped for the best, therefore a more relaxed operation. The employee was important and respected.
