Awful, you’re basically on call 24 hours via email. You’re expected to answer emails, text, and calls no matter what.

It really depends on how many sales inquires you get. You are expected to get them answered within a few hours. This was almost impossible with only two people working for one very successful property. I started out working about 12 hrs a day since it was during a busy season. The next quarter was much slower; I could leave after working 10 hrs. At the same time, I would work longer when I felt as though I needed more on the books for upcoming months.
