My personal experience is only when you refuse your shift because you are physically to ill to show or hospitalized. Other wise there are none. Management still calls and harasses you to show or fill in during illness.

You must apply online. Once you apply, your information will be sent to the recruiters. If you meet the qualifications, you will go through a short phone screening (15-30 min) with the recruiter. If all goes well, you'll be sent to the hiring manager for an in person interview and a decision will be made from there.
