54 questions about working at MGA Homecare
Increase pay, advertisements are misleading with high pay. Offer raises instead of having your hard working nurses have to beg for them. You keep good nurses by showing them they are worth it in their pay. Tired of hearing that you can only do so much because of reimbursement rates.

I normally was suppose to be on base by 8 am but because i was not sponsored i had to wait in line at the gate and be checked with everybody else. Then when i got there for my shadow shift. Pt was asleep ans mom showed me onle thing. And I will say i was transitioning from nights to days and the family thought i was a complete 180 from when they originally met me and lied to get me out of the house. Then called the company and said i fell asleep on the job and did not do anything. Granted i was suppose to be shown but all the parents wanted to do was chit chat. So they lied to my.face and told the company i fell.asleep. Even though i drove myself home and wasn't asleep and remembered being awake the entire time. Entitled family. And if they lie to the nurse who else are they lying to or have lied to about things that were completely wrong.
