Yes, a full benefit package is offered at all of our locations. For medical insurance we have two plans, a Gold Plan and a Silver Plan.

It depends on the facility. We should have a schedule that meets your needs. Some facilities have 8 hour shifts others have 12 hour shifts, it is also depends on the position.

The sign on bonus is available for certain positions. It is paid out in various installments, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months and 1 year. There are also other policies that need to be adhered to as well. We invite you to apply on-line or by contacting our Director of Nursing or Administrator.

CNA positions are paid different rates depending on the market they are located in. Please call one of our facilities and speak with the Administrator or DON and they would be happy to share our rates and benefits with you.

Full time Employees begin accruing PTO upon their first hour worked. Once you have been with the company for 90 days you can begin using your PTO.
Years 0 to 2, you earn 64 hours of PTO
Years 3 to 5, you earn 96 hours of PTO
Years 6 to 10, you earn 144 of PTO
Years 11+, you earn 160 hours of PTO.

CNA's are usually hired with in a week if done properly but since the management is not fully wired they interview and hire the same day knowing backgrounds were done correctly.
