Friendly and every one seems kind, and for my opinion we should treat the guest with respect . And get them whatever they need period.
Everything seems fine to me, nothing should change it's great like it is.
To save money, the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino removed 75% of our available employee cafeteria food. It use to be unlimited access to employee food. Now, you are allowed only 1 hot meal in a 10 hour shift! Tragic!

It was a very crowded working area with lots of people in the attractions and on the show level floor. Although most of the time I was behind the scenes and performed preventative maintenance and trouble shooting. I loved working there. The casino gave us a free lunch every day at the buffet. A very nice benefit.
