Fun place to work. Management is understanding of family life
Great place to work. Pays great and Management cares about your life outside work and helps when they can. Bonus could use some work as they not always clear

Working here is great if you are a few select people. Service manager doesn't have any idea how to run a effective shop and is barely even in the shop at that. The sun-wens foreman is a joke and doesn't actually know what he is doing. The pay is decent but the run around thats constantly happening is and should be more then enough to stay away. For being the most expensive shop in town you'd think it would be ran 100 times better.

If you're in the good ole boys club you're in like flynn. If not good luck. Have to suck up to the foreman or they run you out. The pay was OK for the area.

Ok place to work. Each department doesn’t really know what another department is doing. Parts department is non stop chaos. Parts manager never seems to leave office or help out when it’s needed. Service is top notch but always backed up. Service manager is always buried in paperwork. Sales department doesn’t communicate well. New and pre owned don’t have a good working relationship. Sales managers in general are out for themselves And won’t do much to help you if you aren’t apart of their location even if you’re selling a truck from their branch. Some are very good , most aren’t. Branch manager is a non factor. Not much of a team work atmosphere. Be ready to not make money if you can’t sell. Inventory is always low. Hard to sell if there isn’t anything to sell.

Where do I start if I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would, outdated equipment, management is a joke and gives nothing but false promises, your forced to work on equipment that legally your not allowed to without being certified and if you refuse your fired, you are promised raises and schooling and then it’s always “yea your due for one here soon” and nothing happens, they ask for feedback and once you give it then your the bad guy for trying to improve the company. Zero flexibility in the company, if your hired on your given night shift only so better decide if you want second or 3rd shift, overall I absolutely do not recommend working here unless you want to hate what you do and get ran over by worthless overpaid management. Furthermore shop is severely outdated and there are literal holes in the wall so if you think your getting a nice warm shop all the time your dead wrong, also in summer no AC so better get used to fans. All I’m saying is if your reading my review and made it this far just click of their listing before they screw you like all there other loyal hard working employees.
