Miami youth academy on a typical work day you would cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 24 students and 6 staff. I learned how to fix boxes buy the date first in first out. I also learned how to cook, clean, and wash dishes in a short amount of time. The hardest part of the job was cooking the food, and remember what kids cannot eat. The most enjoyable part of the job was making cookies and tasting them.
