Repair all equipment. Train employees on running plasma burn table.Load and unload all trucks.Organize shipping and receiving of all materials and parts. Maintenance on all tow motors. Building earth boring machines and performing all repairs on the earth boring machines.Weld and fabricate on any machines that needed repaired. Perform all maintenance on cranes and equipment in the building.I loved repairing things. That was the most enjoyable part of the job. The hardest part of the job was there was no organization in management and the management would not listen when told there was finger pointing about who made mistakes on their jobs.
