One week they'll expect you to work 25 hours, the next week you're lucky to get 8. If your store has a 12am delivery, good luck. You're more than likely going to work 5am shifts everyday, an "11:55pm" shift that night and then xome back at 3am or 5am the next day to continue working the delivery.
Hours fluctuate week to week for regular team members. Some weeks the hours are low and other weeks you will get more—usually during peak seasons like spring and autumn. During my time there the hours were never consistent and the schedule could change multiple times after it was posted, usually without warning. They would expect you to basically check the schedule every day.
Shifts are typically 4 hours. They're always cutting back on hours so you could end up working only 4-8 hours a week.
Unless your a framer or a manager your work shifts are 4 hours typically and hours vary by the week so don’t expect if you work 24 hours one week you will work the same amount the next week because you will not,
Not good, it’s all done through a computer and it takes 2 weeks notice no matter what to change availability, and I usually get scheduled for either 4 or 7 hour shifts there is no in between
Only managers can work 40 hours a week. Overtime is highly discouraged. Part time employees hours vary extremely by season.
I have been there four years they do not give you 40 hours can the treat there employee like nothing and management there need to be fix
When you first get hired they treat you like gold. The past couple years have been rough on hours. Sometimes 2 days at 4.5 hours , some weeks 5 days . It depends on the season and the work load. This will be my 5th Christmas and my 4th year complete. The treatment of employees is not the best. They will work you to death when they need you , but cut you the rest of the week. Kind of feels like a kick in the butt. They give you 4 days off and then want you to bend over backwards and rush to get things done , and always short handed. I guess it depends on the management. Our store had a good one, she got promoted and they sent us a non working loud barking and lazy manager . Needless to say I hope the company gets better soon.
Hours are always on the chopping block
The working hours are good.
