When you first get hired they treat you like gold. The past couple years have been rough on hours. Sometimes 2 days at 4.5 hours , some weeks 5 days . It depends on the season and the work load. This will be my 5th Christmas and my 4th year complete. The treatment of employees is not the best. They will work you to death when they need you , but cut you the rest of the week. Kind of feels like a kick in the butt. They give you 4 days off and then want you to bend over backwards and rush to get things done , and always short handed. I guess it depends on the management. Our store had a good one, she got promoted and they sent us a non working loud barking and lazy manager . Needless to say I hope the company gets better soon.

When you are on payroll, you worked until everything was done. I had names on chart and when we started getting more clients, there was a bonus quartet and for assisted mAngers, some with family would win!

GREAT hours at first. I’ve been working for this company for 3 years and I don’t even get 20 hours a week guaranteed. And I also don’t make more than $9 per hour yet
