I applied online and waited for about 20 days (during a busy time though) til I got a call from Michaels. They asked me if I still wanted the job and asked when I would be available to go in for an interview. I scheduled my interview over the phone and went in for the interview. We just set up all of my information and accounts for getting paid and information on my availability. Took about no more than 20 minutes. I left and later in the week got a call to set up days to start working.

I applied online and about a week later after not receiving a call, I went into the store to ask if I could talk to a manager to follow up on my application. A manager came out to meet me in the store and asked if I'd be willing to do an interview on the spot. We went into the classroom where I answered a few easy questions and I was hired.
