I already had my Work Keys, so I skipped a step. It only took about 2-3 weeks after I accepted the offer.

I started at Michelin December 14/ 2017 and I never missed a day never been late I'm looking at the process that you said I have to go through to get employed what Michelin I don't know why I have to go through all the extra stuff and not have a decent conversation about me getting hireI already took the Georgia ready test once before for the company Manpower 3 years do I have to take it again

I'm employed in Michigan treads in Covington Georgia I startedand December 14th I've been trying and fire departments signed off never missed a day never been late so how long do you think it would take for me to be employed I did all the paper work

All together it took me about 7 months and only reason it took that long because my name went back into a pool

For me to ger hired it took me about seven months. I had to apply, go through two interviews, get a meeting where they gave me a start date, but the start date is about two months in advance.
