LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Holland, MI
on September 15, 2023
Rewarding job at times. Patients can be very disrespectful and most of the doctors will have your back. It's usually low staffed and lunches are difficult to get covered and you're made to feel guilty if you're taking one. This office had became clicky, but still nice people overall. Con- unable to balance work life & family life.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Wyoming, MI
on November 7, 2023
I’m an RN. I’ve worked at MPC for over 20 years. The friendship I have with both physicians and staff are a big part of the reason I stay. The patients we serve do play a part in that decision. I very much enjoy the challenge and satisfaction each workday brings. I plan on working here for years to come.
Medical Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI

The patients are very disrespectful and not handled well. The management is very rocky and nobody is on the same page. The Physicians are great to work with, but staff is another story. The pay is not worth what you have to put up with between management and patients. You feel bad taking a lunch even tho it’s mandatory.

The hours are good. No weekends. So that a good part. pay is ok. Lots of turnover. We've added some new physicians, but I still worry about comapny future. Bills not getting paid.Patients are hard, but most physicians care. Some are hard to work with, some great.
Administrative Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI

MPC is a great company to work for. They offer excellent vacation and benefit packages and most of the employees work 4 days per week. It’s been an exciting and busy year with all of the changes and new physicians that have joined the practice.
