I was a clerical aide. It was my job to go around campus and support offices in their accounting and operational needs on a temp assignment basis. Duties ranged from designing catalogs and voting ballots to working with other departments (IPF) to arrange repairs to balancing ledgers for salary and departmental expenditures.
