There is a lot of micromanagement going on. You couldn't every predict what mood the owners would be in. Stressful and unsteady feeling most days.

They have no respect for employee they treat you like a slave in four in a half years I got one raise they give no help it's a hundred and thirty two units and expect you to do it by your self

Micozzi Management is a great company to work for if you are self motivated and eager to learn. I have always felt respected and valued by the company. They are extremely flexible and generous and truly care about their employees on a professional and personal level. They do not micromanage and put a lot of faith and trust into their employees. Strongly recommend working for this company, it is hard to find an employer like Micozzi!

I field questions, complaints and service requests from almost 700 residential (apartment) units and 12 commercial malls/plazas all day. I coordinate maintenance and inspections of all of these properties. I've really grown my skill set coming from a customer service background. I build very good relationships with all commercial corporate contacts as well as the managers. I also build good relationships with our valued vendors and contractors so that I know if we need them in a pinch, I can count on them responding. I've also grown my graphic art and web design skills over the past 10+ years. I've re-branded the entire company and their presence online as well as in advertisements, signs and marketing materials. Since Search Engine Optimizing the company website, I've saved the company well over 100K in print advertising. I've also learned the Yardi (real estate) software. I've used it for the past 10+ years. My co-workers all work very hard and generally there is a clear delineation of responsibility and we come together as a solid unit. The hardest part of my job is managing the heavy influx of service requests during peak times such as August and September since a large portion of our residential apartment portfolio is in the BU college area. We turn over around 120-150 apartments on 9/1 every year. I enjoy the responsibility of holding several roles with this company. I get a lot of satisfaction in solving tenants' problems, both commercial and residential. I also enjoy promoting the company through the website which I designed and manage as well as through graphic design.
