If they keep having little to no concern for employees, nobody will want to work there. They are turning into every other large corporation, full of greed and corruption.

Microcenter has a culture that focuses on personal growth, and via this philosophy, I feel the company will continue to grow. They treat their customers very well, and are always trying to be the "Ultimate Computer Store". I believe they do a very good job at this. Due to not advertising, the company also maintains low prices on merchandise. With the lack of advertising, and the fact that they still manage to pull in more and more customers, I believe the company is on a path to success.
