Most people left the job because of the general manager in our store. One person even quit upon finding out that one of the worst employees was being promoted simply because she knew how to trick management into thinking she you you knew what she was doing.
This was a woman that worked in our camera department that literally did not know what a selfie was!

Adjust the pay to match the companies around its location for the particular position. The current pay scale in certain departments and positions are not competitive for the area (cost of living). Make some management adjustment (There are to many false promises.).

Micro Center has it's moments. When it;s a cold floor, it's empty but When it's a HOT Floor, the pace is as fast as a popular restaurant on weekends.

Run of the mill one from a clinic down the road. Tested for any illegal substance and did pick up my prescribed Adderrall but the waived it since I was prescribed by my doctor.
