After previous job Chapter 11, Microchip opened an interview session just for those employees working on Site with that company. I was interviewed and hired within 2 days after interviewing. Start date was pushed out due the date of training classes.

1st and 2nd interview two weeks, then if hired, two weeks paid training and begin work as temp employer for 90 days, after which you may be offered permanent employment.

Hiring on that time it takes two weeks. Interviewed by four supervisor and trainer then foreman higher than supervisor. Made appointment to human resources and offered your salary. Start you first day do your signing all the paperworks , show your ss# , your id if you are allow to work in the company. But sometime while interviewed by the supervisor they show the fab (outside the fab surrounding). You can start to work.
