The working hours here are pretty standard. Again, its a transition program, not an actual job. Likening it to college is more appropriate.

Not bad, but it's subject to the location's mall hours, and closings are subject to corporate decision. So if it's a snowstorm in the southeast, someone in Washington decides if it's bad enough to close the store, which isn't the best ever.
