Dress like you really want the job, professional and with good taste. For ladies no heavy makeup and for guys no crazy hairstyles. Once you have the job still dress appropriate according to the job dress code.

Do not wear a full suit, you will look too dressed up. Opt for business casual- if you are a guy khakis and a button up shirt is fine. If you are a woman, business casual. I wouldn't do black patent leather stilletos, something softer.
