  • Very friendly overall, my team was like a family who celebrated and supported each other.

  • The environment is extremely warm and friendly Microsoft is very large company and having several of employees the environment is soo cool and good. you can check our website https://www.ticketgateway.com/profile/user_profile_visit/Windows-7-Customer-Support if you have a query related to the Microsoft supported services.

  • It is very stressful but everybody got along

  • Free in nature

  • It was cut throat under under the previous CEO, not sure how it is now.

  • The environment and culture in the retail environment of Microsoft is great. It is by far the best out of all the retail environments I've been with. There is more of a connection between everyone that works in a Microsoft store. Everyone is supportative of oneanother and energy that everyone brings makes you feel like you actually want to go to work. One of the big things Microsoft has been doing is listening to employees and their customers.

  • Microsoft is a very open and inclusive company. It is a large organization and hard to know where to look for things at first, but once you have made a network of colleagues you will quickly gain more ground and accomplish more.

  • The environment is extremely warm and friendly.

  • There is a personality test called "Global Insights" done at Microsoft to identify the types of personalities who work here. (Blue=engineering, green=harmony, yellow=social, red=dominant) The vast majority of the people who work here have the "red" personality, which means they are leaders and are direct and aggressive. If you "sort of" want to work here, don't apply. You need to be in it 110% with your whole being. A direct approach is valued. There are more thinkers than feelers, If you are a feeler you will get your feelings hurt until you learn and understand the culture. Be prepared to answer the question "why" repeatedly. Actions must be justified to the next level manager up, always.

  • The culture can be nit picky but overall everyone works for the common goal.
