I would go through my collections portfolio and check my accounts that were 0-120 days past due in category from 1-30 and 31-60 and then 61-120 days past due.
I had a goal to reach every month for the categorizes there was a percent goal I had to reach every month
I hit my goal every month and had a routine every month to keep my numbers low to hit - more ... goal to make bonus.
Also trained new hires as hey came in. - less

I enjoyed most of the day, it was the evenings when the co-workers attitude would change and become more assertive with processing and work load. I definitely realized time management is very important. The most enjoyable part of the job would be processing, organizing and typing.
