Very strange atmosphere at the corporate office. High turnover rate.......They always have job postings. The training is minimal to none........Good people are fired all the time......Just strange......Can't think of a better word to describe this place.

Growing, fast paced learning environment

Owner, CEO, and management have done many improvements with the company is past few years. There have definitely been some growing pains, however, the company is headed in the right direction very fast. Lots of critical thinking involved in every position. Taking care of customer's wants and needs is top priority. Every situation is different and a learning experience. Although the company is widespread throughout the Mid Atlantic region, employees work together to resolve issues. Pay is very competitive and each employee is paid based on their own personal skills and contributions.

A dissapointment

Operations and management are disorganized and chaotic at all levels, there is no leadership. This company goes through employees as frequently as it changes policies and product lines. Ownership and management misrepresent who and what they are capable of selling and supporting both to their customers and their employees. Sadly due to lack of leadership employees do not work well together and regularly work against one another. Something is very wrong at this drama filled company. Stay away from this one unless desperate.

Very stressful atmosphere

Everyone there is stressed out because being fired is always a threat. No one is exempt from this threat, even those who have been there 15+ years. Many good people are terminated for minor infractions.

The owner is not interested in the good of his employees. He only cares about his bottom dollar, and making sure he is always ahead.

The office politics here are awful. Employees spend more time gossiping about others than actually doing their job. When asked for help, management simply says "you can do it". Blame is always passed to those who had nothing to do with the situation or the problem. Turnover is very high because it's all about who likes you instead of how you perform the job.
